Yes. Many items are restocked regularly. If something you want is sold out, sign up for Restock Notifications on the product page.
Where are your products sourced?
We curate collections from select suppliers and small manufacturers that prioritize craftsmanship, material quality, and responsible production.
How can I check my order status?
Track your order anytime via the Track page in our menu. You’ll also receive shipping updates by email.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time we offer standard delivery only to keep shipping costs fair and reasonable.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How do I start a return or exchange?

What payment methods do you accept?

Will I be charged immediately?
Yes—payment is captured when your order is placed so we can begin processing right away.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us ASAP at support@harborthorne.com.
If the order has already shipped, we’ll help via our return process instead.
