Refund policy

We aim to provide a clear and fair return process while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a return request.

Return Window

• Store Credit / Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds: Accepted within 30 days of delivery only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued exclusively in cases where the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. All refund requests must include clear photo or video proof showing the issue.

Refunds are not issued for the following reasons:
• Subjective quality concerns (texture, softness, material feel, weight, thickness, stretch, or general disappointment)
• Buyer’s remorse
• Style, color, or aesthetic preference
• Items not meeting personal expectations
• Color variations due to lighting or screen display
• Normal wear and tear
• Items without original packaging or missing tags

These reasons fall under our Store Credit and Exchange policy.

Store Credit & Exchanges

For all non-defective return reasons, we offer store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Store credit:
• Never expires
• Is issued once the return is approved
• May be used toward any future purchase

Exchanges are processed the same way as store credit and can be used to select a different size, color, or product.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of odors, stains, pet hair, and makeup
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• In resellable condition

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or videos clearly showing the issue. Once approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost.
