To measure your foot, stand on a sheet of paper, mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe, then measure the distance. Measure later in the day, when feet are at their largest. Foot lengths are approximate and EU sizing can vary slightly by style. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.
